We occupy with projection and construction of modern family houses throughout the whole Czech Republic.  In our offer, you will find half-individual family houses which you can subsequently adjust. In parallel with the preparation of the project documentation, we implement the virtual tours of the interior layouts according to your wishes. The construction is performed in a variant of an economical, low-energy and passive house made of brick masonry or wooden structure. We will ensure for you all services that are needed for the construction of the family house – from finance, the consultations for incorporation of all your ideas into a project to the realization of the whole building, including made-to-measure furniture and a garden.

We are engaged in the construction and reconstruction of houses since 2009. Since 2013 we act under the brand name Modern Dream because we specialize exclusively in modern buildings. This allows our modern sensibility, thanks to which we have prepared ground-8 and 6-storey houses. Our biggest goal is satisfied customers.
